1. Order Timing

All arrangements are made to order. We require at least one day’s notice to prepare your floral piece with the quality and attention it deserves. Same-day deliveries are not available.

2. Delivery Area & Fees

We offer delivery within Miami-Dade County only. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and urgency, following a model similar to rideshare apps. Most deliveries within 30 minutes of our central location will incur a standard local delivery fee, while longer distances may include a higher fee.

Delivery availability and fees will be confirmed during order coordination via text. Delivery times are not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate preferred windows.

3. Customization & Substitutions

If you see a design on social media or have something specific in mind that is not available on the website, feel free to send a reference photo. We’ll do our best to match the style, mood, and color palette using our flowers. Please note that substitutions may occur due to seasonal or supply limitations, but we always maintain the essence and value of your original request.

4. Freshness & Flower Care

Each arrangement is made with fresh blooms. Flowers are perishable by nature and typically last 3–5 days with proper care. If your flowers appear wilted prematurely, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and flowers have been purchased.

6. How to Order

To place an order, you may:

  • Order directly through our website, or

  • Text 305-927-4761 with the following details:

    • Your name

    • The arrangement name or photo reference

    • Desired delivery date and location

Please allow time for a response. Texts are answered in the order they are received. We ask that you do not send spam or unsolicited messages.

7. Payment

Payment details will be shared upon confirming your order via text. All orders must be paid in advance before preparation begins.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, delivery service errors, or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
